It's fast approaching. The popular Cogran user conference is the venue to meet your peers, share ideas, learn, explore the best practices of club management, set new goals for the upcoming season, and so much more. It's all about making your tasks easier and offering better services to your club and community.

This year we will be sharing the features in our major software upgrade, we listened to your needs and explored best practices in web usability and accessibility. It is very different!

In addition to our new software version we will be sharing experiences from clubs on topics:

1. How to use the system for online player evaluations - seasonal experiences in getting coaches to effectively evaluate players

2. How to form teams by grade or age group - tips on what it takes to form teams automatically

3. Getting more from online registration - we investigate the pros and cons of combining in a single process: player registration, clinic registration, donations, sponsorships, volunteer registration, uniform requirements and miscellaneous store purchases.

4. Working with the new website content manager from users with no previous web administrative experience and others with more!

5. Feedback on the new team pages. Club users will talk about their recreation and traveling team experiences. Find out how a club based team page system ensures consistency, improves club communication, and saves coaches and team managers time while improving communications. Unlike standalone team pages this system interfaces back to the club database for a completely different user experience.

6. The latest success story on referee self assignment. What it takes to do it with confidence and the changes we added to the software.
 

7. How to collect and manage travel team's expenses through the Cogran club management system. This will be a great new feature for traveling managers who are currently managing team finances manually. Say goodbye to the paperwork and responsibility anxiety woes!

8. Find out how a church is using the system to manage their events and volunteer tasks.
 

This year we will leave even more time for discussion and facilitate discussion between club members on topics that interest you. Get ready for our survey we will be asking you soon.
