For larger clubs, Cogran allows team assignment by multiple age group coordinators. Easy-to-use options allow automatic team creation, coach-to-player assignment, player assignment, and multiple age group allocations. Our system also allows you to assign unlimited number of positions—coach, assistant coach, and manager—to your teams.

Schedule With a Click

Launch the sports scheduling software with the click of a button. Enter the number of games, select the field for each age group and gender, and let the system do the rest. Approved schedules will display online immediately. Other scheduling options include practice sessions and multiple rounds per week.

Fundraisers or tournaments coming up? Our system lets you offer everyone the convenience of online event registration for one-time events. You will be able to promote and create your own events like fundraisers and tournaments. You can handle payments and donations directly from your website.

Club Administration and Communication

Managing a sport club entails many administrative functions beyond accepting online registration. We provide functions and reports to help the treasurer control the club’s finances and manage the club’s operations. Cogran also provides output files or reports to state associations. 

One of our most popular features, our email system allows administrators to target households, volunteers, and registrants by many criteria (e.g. season,event, age group, gender, league, team) and send emails. Other options allow you to send rosters, game schedules, and much more with a click. For example, once players are assigned to a team, a roster can then be emailed to parents and coaches. In many cases, a roster with contact information is also printed and provided to coaches for their records.

Simple Day-to-Day Management by Coaches and Refs

Cogran allows coaches to access their teams' personalized web page, where they can upload photos and even a team logo. They will also find schedules, rosters, and key team contacts. Coaches can improve player development by rating and evaluating their players. The system also allows the generation of medical release forms for each player to sign. 

Referees can register online, get approved, and self-schedule themselves to games, or a club administrator can do the scheduling. A game verification process triggers a payment report, saving paperwork. Specifically targeted emails can then be sent to referees to manage changes. A referee schedule can also be emailed.
